In this session day, we’re diving into the joy of Shichi-Go-San (Seven-Five-Three)! This significant Japanese ritual of passage, celebrating the health and growth of three and seven-year-old girls and five-year-old boys, is always a beautiful event. I feel incredibly privileged and honoured to have been asked to document this family’s happiness. To see such a cherished tradition from Japan celebrated with such elegance and meaning here in Canada makes the moment even more magical. My sincerest hope is that this day is wonderfully memorable and provides the whole family with treasured photos for years to come.
